TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
MilkBhai believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
MilkBhai does not accept cancellation requests for items like
- Dairy & Bakery ( Dairy, Toast & Khari, Breads and Buns, Bakery Snacks, Batter & Chutney, Cheese, Ghee Paneer & Tofu )
Non-Returnable
- Products under this category are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the Products. However, in an unlikely event of you having concerns with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the Product delivered, you may return the Product on door-step delivery for the aforesaid reasons.

In case of any Refunds approved by the MilkBhai , it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
